Support and accountability are both foundational in successfully implementing new habits. This is why I recommend scheduling a follow up appointment every 4-6 weeks.
In this 60-minute session, we will review your progress, discuss your successes and struggles, and make necessary adjustments to your Nutrition and Herbal Protocol. Follow-up sessions may also include reassessments, including a new Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire and Food and Mood Journal.
After our session together, you will receive a summary email with an updated Nutrition and Herbal Protocol and any other resources (guides, links, recipes) that will support you on your journey.
